Countdown to SOBWC IV – Bulletin #5
Reparations will be a major focus…
Intensifying the U.S. and global movement for reparations will be one of the most important issues and goals discussed at State of the Black World Conference IV. IBW has assembled some of the foremost reparations advocates from around the world, including the Chairman of the CARICOM Reparations Commission and Members of the National African American Reparations Commission to provide an updates on status of this growing movement and offer strategies for the future. Queen Mother Audley Moore and others of our ancestors who worked tirelessly to keep the flame of reparations alive are proud to see and know that the movement to achieve compensation to repair the damages of the holocaust of enslavement and generations of colonialism, neo-colonialism, segregation has never been more powerful.
